Menu Plan Monday

Monday- Quinoa caprese casserole, broccoli, salad

Tuesday- Waldorf chicken salad croissants and lettuce salad

Wednesday- Pumpkin soup, gluten free biscuits, and kale salad

Thursday- Tuna melts and broccoli (sandwich for seafood allergic me)

Friday- Chicken curry, rice, and stir fry vegetables

Saturday- Homemade pizza and spinach salad

Sunday- Kentucky hot browns and some vegetable I pick up on Saturday :)

Breakfasts: eggs and toast; pumpkin over night oatmeal with peanut butter; pumpkin pancakes and bacon; grits

Lunches: Annie's macaroni and cheese with hot dogs; english muffin pizzas; sandwiches with apples; homemade lunchables; soup with crackers

I hope to make some good desserts from Pinterest. I made an apple crisp last night and it was served with organic vanilla ice cream. With 5 adult sized people living here, dessert does not last!
